The client, a privately owned company which delivers unified communication services and products was seeking for an offshore partner that could set up a technical delivery and maintenance center in a very short time frame and begin delivering as soon as possible. More specific, they needed a team of programmers with strong background in code optimization, bug fixing and version management.
